Victor Orta is a Sporting Director. He began his career in professional soccer working in the sporting direction of Real Valladolid. In the summer of 2006, he joined Sevilla FC to work as Technical Secretary to Ramón Rodriguez “Monchi.” During his time with the club, the team won the Copa del Rey, the Spanish Supercopa and the UEFA Cup. His ability to identify talent carried him in 2013 to Zenit St. Petersburg to become Head Scout for the club. In 2014, he returned to Spain as Sporting Director for Elche CF executing the difficult work of restructuring the entire sporting set-up of the club. In December 2015, he joined Middlesbrough to work as Sporting Director.

Rui Mota is a soccer coach with a degree in Sport and Physical Fitness Science, specializing in high level performance in soccer. After spending time at a number of youth clubs including FC de Alverca, Alhandra SC, Juventude da Castanheira, UD Vilafranquense, GD Alcochetense and Núcleo Sportinguista de Rio Maior; in 2012, he joined the professional set-up at Sporting Clube de Portugal. At Sporting, he is charged with analyzing opposing teams, in addition to carrying out analyses of the first team collectively and individually with a view toward achieving the highest levels of performance. In addition, since 2001 he has worked with the Portuguese Soccer Federation.

Luis Llopis is a soccer coach and specialist in training goalkeepers certified by the Royal Spanish Soccer Federation (RFEF). He began his career at Real Unión de Irún and then, he moved to work with the B team at Real Sociedad. After standing out with both teams, he joined Real Madrid to coordinate the goalkeeper training methodology for the different youth and senior teams at the club. In 2008, he joined the first team of Athletic Bilbao (playing in Spain’s La Liga), Luis’ next stops were at Neuchatel Xamax in the Swiss Super League and RCD Mallorca, Levante UD and Granada CF in Spain’s La Liga. He is currently the Goalkeeper Training Director at Real Madrid.
Adrián Espárraga. The Scouting Process in a Technical Secretary
Adrián Espárraga is a Spanish National-Level Soccer Coach that has worked at the professional level as a scout, tactical analyst and technical assistant. He began his professional career at Club Deportivo Alhaurino in the Spanish Third Division. In 2009 he joined Málaga (in Spain’s La Liga) as a game analyst and player scout, conducting live and video analysis for the team led by Manuel Pellegrini. Adrián held the position of technical secretary during the 2013-14 season. In June 2014, he joined Tottenham Hotspur in January 2015 to work with Paul Mitchell. After 6 months with the club, he had the opportunity to join Eduardo Maciá at Real Betis Balompié, a Spanish La Liga team based in Sevilla.
Xabier Ruiz de Ocenda. Data Use in Performance Analysis
Xabier Ruiz de Ocenda is a soccer coach with a degree in Sport and Physical Fitness Science (CAF). He began his career at Athletic Bilbao and then moved subsequently to Deportivo Alavés where he worked as a physiotherapist for their B team, promoting to the Spanish Third Division. Since 2010, Xabier has combined his work at the club with the position of analyst at Amisco/Prozone. In November 2014, he was hired by Real Sociedad to work alongside David Moyes as a Tactical Analyst for the club, a position that he currently holds.

Victor Mañas is a coach with a degree in Sport and Physical Fitness Science (CAF). He began his career at UD Almería in 2007 as an assistant physiotherapist to Edu Pons and was responsible for analysis for the team led at the time by Unai Emery. After a brief stop at Deportivo Alavés in 2008, he returned to UD Almería, this time as a youth team coach, where he stayed until the end of the 2011-12 season. The following year he led Comarca de Nijar, a team playing in the Spanish Third Division. In June 2013, Victor joined Sevilla FC as head of Tactical Analysis. In his first two seasons with the team, they won the UEFA Europa League twice.

Stephan Rands is a soccer coach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Coaching, Performance and Performance Analysis. After graduation, he joined Barnsley, a team in the English Championship, where he worked scouting opposing teams during the 2007-08 season. From 2008 to 2011, he worked at Scunthorpe United as Head of the Analysis Department. In 2011, he joined Manchester City as analyst of opposing teams. There he developed a new applied methodology for analysis supported by a player database with images. During his time in Manchester, the team has won two Premier Leagues, one Community Shield and one FA Cup.

Joao Sacramento is a soccer coach with a degree in Sport and Physical Fitness Science. During the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons, he was part of the Scouting Department at Cardiff City FC. In 2011, he joined the Football Association of Wales (FAW) as an analyst for the Welsh National Team, working for two years first under Gary Speed and subsequently under Chris Coleman. In April 2014, he joined AS Mónaco as Chief Analyst alongside Claudio Ranieri and then Leonardo Jardim. During his time at AS Mónaco he was engaged by the Argentine National Team led by Alejandro Sabella to perform analyses of opposition teams during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
